Experienced Toyota Technicians needed for High Volume, State-of-the-Art Service Department. The Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. A technician is expected to perform quality work without direct or continual supervision, and be willing to work on all vehicle work assigned to him/ her. REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS
  • Produce Quality Work that Displays Pride of Workmanship
  • Review Technical Bulletins and/or other Publications as Assigned by Management
  • Participate & Utilize Technical Training as Requested by Management & Toyota Standards
  • Attend Training Classes as Directed by Management
  • Maintain Workspace Assigned in a Organized & Clean Manner

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform work as outlined on Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Examine the vehicle and determine if additional safety or service work is required
  • Inform Service Advisor immediately if additional work is noted, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised. Communicate with Parts Department if special order parts are required
  • Document work performed on all vehicles using concern, cause and correction format
  • Road test vehicle to quality check work performed as required
  • Ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced
  • Properly use the special tools and equipment provided by Service Department

Experienced F&I Manager needed for High Volume, State-of-the-Art Dealership. The F & I Manager candidates will be well versed in menu selling presentations, act as liaisons between the customer and the lending institution and ensure that all deals are compliant with corporate policies and applicable laws/regulations.  The individuals will take a leadership role when dealing with customer inquiries and/or issues.  He/she will be self-motivated, energetic, have a positive attitude and be a team player in working closely with the sales team as a representative of the dealership.   • The Finance and Insurance Manager candidate should have 5+ years of F & I experience within an automotive dealership.
